Demon's Return
The past never sleeps.
Mark Miller tried to leave the Seattle Demon behind. Now living as Ethan Cross in the rain-soaked town of Forks, Washington, he keeps a quiet life — a small cabin, steady work, and a friendship with fishing-charter captain Victor Davis that feels almost like family. But Ethan is losing time. Hours vanish without explanation, and he wakes with no memory of where he has been.
Then the bodies start appearing again across King and Pierce counties, each one carrying a signature the city hoped it had buried. Special Agent Spencer Wilson never stopped hunting the Seattle Demon, and now the trail is warm again.
As Ethan searches his own fractured mind for answers, he is forced to face the question he fears most: if the Demon has returned, who let him out?
